  6.     Tired of rejections? Tired of submitting and submitting without being
  7.     published?  Here is your opportunity to win $250.00 and have your
  8.     work(s) published.  It does not matter if you are a professional
  9.     writer, part-time writer or just a wannabe. You are invited to enter
  10.     one of the few writing Competitions that is dedicated to electronic
  11.     publishing.

  13.     Prizes:  First place overall winner will receive $250.00 plus
  14.     promotion in Electronic Publishers News.  Winners in all other
  15.     categories will receive $50.00 each.  All winners will be awarded the
  16.     'Digital Composer Certificate.' All winning manuscripts will be offered
  17.     a contract to electronically publish the manuscript.

  19.     Categories:  Fiction (novel or short story collection), non-fiction,
  20.     Science Fiction, Fantasy, Children's book, Romance, Adult Fiction,
  21.     Short Story and Electronic Magazine.

  23.     RULES:

  25.     1. The competition is open to all authors.
  26.     2. All manuscripts must be the written by the author and the author
  27.     MUST be the owner of all Copyrights.
  28.     3. Entries must be received prior to August 30, 1996.
  29.     4. All entries must be accompanied by an appropriate entry form. A
  30.     seprate entry form and fee must be submitted for each category.  If
  31.     submission is electronic, the judging fee must be sent separately.
  32.     5. Entries will be judged by Digital Media Development Group committe
  33.     members.
  34.     6. Entries must be on 5.25 or 3.5 inch diskette, ASCII format ONLY. See
  35.     below for electronic submissions.
  36.     7. Digital Media Development Group will not be responsible for the
  37.     loss, damage or return of any material submitted to the competition.
